The Ross and White Vehicle Wash Enzyme Holding Tank and Injection Module™ is designed to operate in conjunction with Ross and White Programmable Logic Control panels. An interface between the module and the control panel registers a signal at both locations which indicates a low level status of Vehicle Wash Enzyme™ in the module holding tank.  In the event of a no Enzyme condition in the holding tank, the signal shuts down the Vehicle Washing System to ensure a quality wash and protect the vehicle finish from a no Enzyme condition.

The VWE module is constructed of durable 3/8” type 2 PVC.  The module is designed with 2 pulse diaphragm injection pumps and ball valve isolated distribution ports for connection to wash system pumps.  Both injection pumps are adjustable for various concentrations of Vehicle Wash Enzyme™ and can be calibrated independently.  System sensors detect the level of Vehicle Wash Enzyme™ in the holding tank and report to the ADD and LOW module signal lights as well as the Programmable Logic Control Panel.  A ten gallon holding tank is incorporated which is all that is needed for an ample supply of Vehicle Wash Enzyme™.
